PXC Takes 3rd at Boardman

The PHS Boys Cross Country team ran a great race on Saturday finishing 3rd out of 46 schools from 3 states at the Boardman Spartan Invitational.  Boardman is one of the biggest meets around and the course was tough with high humidity. The team only trailed North Allegheny of Pennsylvania and Cleveland St. Ignatius in the team standings.  The team was led in scoring by Kyle Woods, Connor Reed,  Alex Hill, Cooper Reed, and Dominic Carosielli.  The JV team will compete this weekend at Strongsville with the varsity taking a week off of racing.  They'll be back in action at GlenOak on Saturday October 2nd for the Stark County Championships.
